What we do

Personal Injury
Personal Injury- When you have been injured in auto accidents, slip, trips and falls, premises liability and other personal injury. Cases are broken down into two parts - liability - who's at fault and damages - what are the injuries. We can help you assess both of these. Here are a few things you might want to know:

Consultations -  Consultations in this office for personal injury cases are free.

Insurance Company's offer of settlement: Before accepting any offer of settlement from an insurance company, consult with a lawyer. Your lawyer will work for your benefit.  The insurance company adjuster works for the insurance company.

Should I make a recorded statement to the insurance company? - No. You should not make any statements to the insurance company prior to consultating with a lawyer.  The insurance company for the other side may use the recorded statement against at a later date.

How much is my case worth? The worth of your case is based on many factors. Who's at fault, nature of injuries, severity of the injuries, any residual problems for the future.

Best way to know the value of your case is to consult with an attorney as soon as possible after your injury.
